This is a lovely and welcoming apartment with a patio in the center of Florence, 2 + 2 beds, and is newly renovated.
It is located on the ground floor (no stairs) of a characteristic building in the district of Santa Croce, in the heart of the historic center.
Located in the heart of Florence, near the Basilica of Santa Croce, the Uffizi, and the Duomo, as well as many other major historical sites, this apartment lets you immerse yourself in the typical Florentine life.
You can visit the nearby market of St.Ambrogio and buy authentic products used in Florentine cuisine, or enjoy a glass of Chianti in the shade of the Dome.
Once at home, you will be greeted by a serene atmosphere where peace and tranquility embrace you.
The warm earth tones of the furniture and thoughtful decor will make you feel at home.
The quiet and relaxation found on the patio, along with the sleek design and the historical details, will conquer you.
You can finally rest from the labors of the day between art and culture!
The apartment was renovated by the host Chiara, an architect with twenty years of experience, who wanted to preserve and enhance the features and characteristics typical of an ancient Florentine house: wooden beams, antique portico with stone column and brick arches.
It consists of an entrance hall, a living room with dining area and relaxation area, a sofa bed, a sleeping area with a French double bed and separated by curtains, a private courtyard with a fountain, and a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment gets great sunlight and is very quiet because it overlooks the private courtyard. It is warm in winter and cool in summer and equipped with every comfort.

This apartment was one of the absolute best experiences I've ever had in an Airbnb. Everything was clean and comfortable. The layout felt spacious yet cozy. The bed was comfy, the bathroom felt brand new, and of course the patio was perfect for enjoying some Tuscan wine in the evening. Chiara was a great host - very responsive and helpful. She got us a map of the city with great tips on where to go and even called us a cab for the day we checked out. The apartment is in a quieter part of town that isn't too busy, but still an easy walk to all the major sites.
Truly a wonderful home away from home!
Chiara's apartment is in a perfect location where you can walk to all of the major sights, and to a lot of excellent restaurants.
She's a really wonderful and thoughtful host, and her apartment is absolutely beautiful.
It's even better in person than the photos and the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at.

Chiara's little patio met and exceeded our expectations. The place was beautiful and immaculately clean.
Chiara was always responsive, provided great tips and information for things to do and see and even got us a cab for our departure. The apartment is centrally located, close to the Duomo but not so close that you bump into huge crowds every time you leave it. There is a supermarket 1 block away.
Great restaurants down the street as well. We never seemed more than a 20 min walk away from where we needed to go and if we were going a little further there were public buses close by. We will definitely return to the Little Patio for our next stay in Florence.
What can I say, such a beautiful apartment in a great locating and Chiara is an extraordinary host.
She is also very quick communicating which is most appreciated.
This is the place to stay in Florence for sure!

Chiara’s apartment is spectacular!! So beautiful, with obvious attention to the original architecture of the building, which is hundreds of years old!! Chiara met us herself and spent a lot of her time, making us feel welcome and gave us helpful tidbits regarding the exploration of Florence! We had fun skimming Chiara’s beautiful architectural books about Florence, and she had other guides etc about the area that were very helpful too. The entire apartment has been recently renovated, the patio is delightful, great kitchen, lovely bathroom, and the bedroom area was very comfortable!!
